Senior Business Manager will be responsible for driving growth via new business development (75%) and organic account development & management (25%). Percentage allocation will change from time to time subject to account management loading. Will liaise with clients and suppliers on a range of integrated promotional campaigns with a merchandise focus. Will execute and manage marketing programs and sales activities in accordance with agency standards. Account Manager will be responsible for liaising with Fortune clients and WPP agencies on a range of integrated promotional campaigns with a merchandise focus. The Senior Planner/Strategist will partner with account, creative, and interagency colleagues to plan effective, targeted programs, ensuring that they deliver the best product, and contribute significantly to our clients' business. With experience grounded in promotions, retail, licensing, digital, and shopper activation strategies, the Senior Planner/Strategist will be well poised to help the agency navigate toward successful client programs, and serve as an important contributor to the overall strategic direction of agency’s business. Must possess a track record of building strong relationships with external decision makers and C-suite, based on trust that will become the foundation for future business opportunities.
The Manager, Quality Assurance & Operations will straddle parallel paths of both QA and Operations. You will support the local account services team in the development and execution of custom premiums, promotional merchandise, and toys for the company's clients. Key Objectives of the position include working with the Global Quality Assurance teams in Asia. To manage, implement, and improve our existing QA systems, assuring all applicable safety requirements in all countries of distribution and client expectations are met. Also represent the Global Operations team to evaluate, access, and qualify suppliers (mainly in the Americas & Europe) to meet Fortune clients' supplier safety and social accountability requirements. Assess the capability and capacity of suppliers to determine their suitability for Maxx Marketing’s best in class supply chain.
